A programme designed just for beginners

With an overwhelming amount of workouts and fitness advice available online, it can feel impossible to know where to start. My beginner’s programme will provide you with structured workouts; designed not only to build strength, but your confidence too.

Whats included:

A self paced, 6 week strength training programme, consisting of 2 workouts per week.

Your workouts are detailed with reps, sets and videos, along with instructions from me.

A PDF guide to the app, taking you through everything from fitness terminology to measuring progress.

A private link to ‘Intuitive Eating and Body Image.’ This 60 minute recording has been created just for my clients by non-diet health practitioner, Gillian Wilson.
