Whats included:
A self paced, 6 week strength training programme, consisting of 2 workouts per week.
Your workouts are detailed with reps, sets and videos, along with instructions from me.
A PDF guide to the app, taking you through everything from fitness terminology to measuring progress.
A private link to a recording of ‘Intuitive Eating and Body Image,’ by non-diet health practitioner, Gillian Wilson.
