    A relaxed and welcoming environment, where all fitness levels and body sizes are welcome.

    There are no scales or tape measures. We track your progress in areas such as strength, fitness and mobility.

  • Online Personal Training

    Workouts that you can complete in your own time, with guidance from me along the way.

    These sessions are for those of you that are fairly confident using the gym, but are looking for a bit more structure.

    Workouts are delivered via an interactive app, with the same non-diet approach as my in person sessions.

  • Coaching for Personal Trainers

    Sessions to help you, help your clients.

    For fitness professionals who are looking for support and guidance to successfully implement a non-diet approach.

    Sessions are delivered on a 1-2-1 basis via Zoom.
